PRI Day One

PRI stands for Performance Racing Industry and if you want to make your car go faster, turn better or just perform better overall, this is the place to be. Over 1,300 of the top automotive performance companies make their way to Orlando, Florida every year to show off the latest and greatest of what they've been working on. Your GMTunerSource crew is here to cover it for you and bring coverage of this year's PRI Show straight to your screen.

As usual, GM Performance Parts has a huge presence with their entire line of crate motors, including the new LS9 crate engine that is the heart of the new Corvette ZR1. Also present in the booth was the LS7 Camaro concept car, along with several displays of performance and dress up accessories to help you create your very own Camaro. There is a motor for your every crate motor need in the booth, from the brand new line of LSX derived crate motors to classic 350 small blocks to the LS 376 line. Lots of people crowded the GM Performance display looking for new parts and accessories for their race and street cars.

PRI brought in a ton of vendors showcasing new parts for racing, which was really cool to see. We put together some cool pictures in our gallery you can check out here, and stay tuned as we bring you more of the stuff you love from the 2008 PRI Show tomorrow.
