The 2008 Chevy Cobalt SS is turning heads everywhere it goes, so it's no surprise that Modified Magazine wanted to see what everyone was talking about. Modified flew out to Buttonwillow raceway to give the 08 Cobalt SS a run for its money and let's just say they left broke.
