Mark has not only managed to land any “sneakerheads” dream job at NIKE doing super secret design projects for them, he has also worked and designed for Adidas and has had many custom shoes made and done some serious collaboration with many large clothing companies. To sit here and break down all the Mark has accomplished in the lifestyle world would be virtually impossible. Let’s not forget about the reputation he has built on being a no-compromise designer... of EVERYTHING! His Pontiac Solstice took SEMA by storm in 2006, and his drift-machine Nissan 240sx has been featured on the cover of numerous magazines.
Mark has had a great relationship with GM over the years, and we just got word that Mark went to work designing and showing off his creative talents for what he envisions for the perfect 2010 Chevy Camaro. This designing wizard came up with a magnificent two-tone version of his Camaro, with an insanely slammed stance and hot rod type wheels. We have found that Mark was in the running for a SEMA 2010 Camaro project and made the top 16 cut.
We aren't quite sure if this artist vision for the Camaro will come true in real life, but we surely hope so after we saw the jaw dropping Solstice and he debuted at SEMA just a few short years ago.
To see more of what Mark Arcenal has been up to, you can follow his blog here - http://fatlace.com/stayfresh/mark/ you won't be disappointed. And for fun, just Google his name. He is a true player in our world. Mark is a true friend and great asset to the GM family. We will be doing a behind the scenes look at him and projects he has cooking. Enjoy!
Thanks MANT for the heads up and love.
