The NHRA E-Town event was a huge step in the right direction. Even when I lost to Marty Ladwig in the semi-finals, it was such as crazy feeling. I had never had a loss that made me so fired up!
I think that Pro Fwd is finally ready to participate in the PowerAde events on the Sport Compact schedule. Combining the two series has always been a good idea, but NHRA may have been thinking ahead of the times. Now, with four Pro Fwd cars running 7.30s, I think we will continue to put on a great show for the spectators.
As the season progresses, it's my opinion that these numbers will only be getting better and more consistent. My hope is that we will put on a good show during the US Nationals and we will open a lot of eyes to the potential of this class.
Only time will tell where the Pro Fwd class will go. Good luck to all of the Pro Fwd teams
