Ashley McCalmont

Road Racing

Ashley’s training began in Phoenix, Arizona at the prestigious Bondurant Racing School of High Performance Driving.  She participated in many courses there while perfecting her craft.  McCalmont also participated in open-wheel courses at Mosport International Raceway. 
Once satisfied with her ability to perform in a professional setting, Mike McCalmont encouraged his daughter to start her racing career, and the rest is history.  Ashley McCalmont started her professional career in 2007/2008.  The year proved to be both successful and a valuable learning opportunity to the challenges of racing.

• 2008
  Competed in 10 KONI Sports Car Challenge Street Tuner races, with best finish of third at Miller Motorsports Park.
• 2007
  Debuted in KONI ST, finishing sixth in lone event at Virginia International Raceway.
